Our outreach exists to be a source of hope, encouragement, compassion, and support to individuals and families from all walks of life. We believe that every person has value, dignity, and purpose, and we are committed to serving others with humility, faith, love, and compassion.

About the Founders
Ashley Howell
Ashley Howell is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ with over 28 years of ministry experience. She was ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 2020 and shortly after, Founded Chosen and Anointed, a nonprofit outreach ministry dedicated to serving others by spreading the love, truth, and transformative power of the Gospel.
Having given her life to Christ at an early age, Ashley's faith has deepened throughout the years as she has become a living testimony of God's grace, faithfulness, and redeeming love. Her passion for biblical worship, cultivating a genuine relationship with Christ and heart to serve continues to inspire her ministry and service.
Beyond ministry, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with family and friends creating arts and crafts, preparing creative meals, traveling, relaxing at the beach, and spending alone time with the Lord. She remains committed to sharing the hope of Christ and encouraging others to grow in faith and purpose through the power of God's Word.

As the founder, I believe that we are called not only to speak about faith, but to demonstrate it through our actions. Christ taught us to love our neighbors, care for those in need, encourage the brokenhearted, and serve others with compassion and humility. It is from this calling that Chosen and Anointed Outreach was established.
My vision for this outreach is to create a place where people can experience genuine love, encouragement, support, and acceptance—regardless of their circumstances. We desire to meet people where they are, help meet practical needs, and remind every individual that they are seen, valued, and created with purpose.
Chosen and Anointed Outreach is committed to serving the community with faith, with love, and with purpose. Through acts of service, community outreach, prayer, encouragement, charitable assistance, and the sharing of the Gospel, we seek to be a reflection of Christ to those around us.
I recognize that this work is greater than any one individual. It is a calling to serve alongside others who have a heart for people and a desire to make a difference. Together, we can bring light into places of darkness, hope to those who are discouraged, and compassion to those who are hurting.
My prayer is that Chosen and Anointed Outreach will remain grounded in Christ, guided by truth, led by love, and committed to serving others with integrity. May every person we encounter experience the compassion of Christ and be encouraged to know that their life has meaning, value, and purpose.

Alecia Howell
Alecia Howell is a woman of faith, a loving mother, caregiver, and Co-founder of Chosen and Anointed Outreach Ministry. My heart is to serve God by loving, encouraging, and helping people wherever I can.
In my career, I have the privilege of caring for individuals with disabilities, which has deepened my compassion and strengthened my desire to serve others.
I also minister through prophetic dance, using movement as a form of worship and a way to share the message God has placed on my heart. I would describe myself as caring, loving, passionate, and—of course—a little funny!
I believe ministry is not only about what we say, but also about how we love, serve, and show up for people.
Outside of ministry and work, I cherish spending time with my children, listening to music, and most importantly, spending time in God's Word.
My desire is to continue walking in God's purpose, touching lives, encouraging hearts, and helping people discover the hope, love, and freedom found in Jesus Christ.
